This book is a must-read for anyone seeking to communicate more effectively. The book is clear, concise, backed up with many examples (so helpful) and the ‘tools’ are easy to put in place right away. My conversations became more open and receptive when I started using these simple techniques. Though this book is geared towards work environments, I applied S.H.A.R.E™ to my personal life and it has been incredibly useful. Great book!
