Mark is the founder of The Tool Project and serves on the Board of Dovetail Learning, Inc.
The Toolbox Project began in 1993 developed by students while Mark was serving as a school counselor for disadvantaged children. Since then Mark has worked in and with schools for over 20 years developing and teaching Toolbox: now serving over 100,000 children and families.
In this interview, you will learn how to tap into the 12 tools inside of us. It’s the missing piece in education and the children recognize it right away, especially when the adult world is modeling that and mentoring them with Toolbox so they can have the experience of peace. They then have an experience of calm. They have an experience of wholeness. They’re listening to something in them and that’s the discovery we made. What are they listening to? Their inner voice, their innate soul’s code. We’ve opened that door. So simple and so very profound!
