The Tools become easier to remember and use the more you practice. What better way to put the Tools to work than with someone who is a pal and learning the Tools, too.
S.H.A.R.E.TM. Pals is a partnering relationship that lets two or more people support each other with updates on how they’re using and experiencing the Tools. The idea grew out of one of our workshops when two colleagues decided they would work together to help each other practice their new skills. As they worked together they were able to make real breakthroughs at work and at home. We hope you’ll give S.H.A.R.E.TM. Pals a try. Revolutionary Conversations can be your operating manual for reference and review.
How to Pal
You can make your S.H.A.R.E.TM. Pals updates formal or informal and as private or public as you like. You can update each other by e-mail, phone, in person, or via online video. You could start a discussion group online. If you’re into social media, you could even post your thoughts about using the S.H.A.R.E.TM. Tools on your blog or on other social platforms and create a big, open community. In the beginning it can be helpful to stay in touch often, but find a schedule that you can really manage.
To get started you may want to consider the following questions as a roadmap for the conversation.
- What was learned and experienced when using the Tools?
- What needs to be learned about using the Tools?
- Daily awareness about using the Tools in conversations and interactions
